2025 ADeKo Mentoring Program- Mentee Recruitment Information

We are thrilled to introduce the mentors of the ADeKo Mentoring Program 2025.
Below, you can find their profiles, giving you an overview of their backgrounds, expertise, and what they can offer you throughout this program.

Are you interested in joining this year’s ADeKo Mentoring Program as a Mentee?

Take a close look at the mentor profiles below and select 2~3 mentors (in your preferred order) you’d be excited to work with in the second half of the year. Once you’ve made your choices, simply register via the Google Form link provided below.

Mentee Requirements

• You are a student or at an early stage of your career, with a focus on the intersection of Germany and Korea (e.g.: planning to study in Germany, working for a German-Korean company, an interest in German-Korean culture exchange, etc.)
• You are motivated and have the time and enthusiasm to meet with your mentoring group occasionally starting from mid-May. You should actively ask questions, contribute ideas, and fully seize this opportunity!
• We plan to organize 2-3 events for all mentoring groups, where your participation will be expected
• You are an ADeKo Regular Member*

*Note: If you are not yet a member at the time of applying, you must become a member within three days (by paying the membership fee) after being accepted as a mentee. If you are unable to do so, we will offer your place to the next suitable candidate. Thank you for your understanding.

Timeline

1. Mentee Application Deadline: Thursday, April, 10th 10PM
2. You will receive a confirmation mail after your application within 3 working days. If you do not, please reach out to us via mail (info@adeko.or.kr).
3. Mentee Announcement: We will announce those, who will be this year’s Mentees and which Mentor they got connected with in the week April, 14th ~ 18th 2025 via mail.
4. Mentoring Kick-Off event: Friday, May 16th 7PM (Goethe-Institute Seoul) – mandatory event for all Mentors & Mentees
5. June – November 2024: Mentoring-Group Meetings & 2-3 Meetings with all Mentoring groups
