Program:
1) General Meeting: 18:00~18:30*
2) New Year's Night: 19:00~21:00
- ADeKo Awards Ceremony (Economics, Culture, Public)
- Dinner and Networking
- Lucky Draw Event
Seating System:
This year's event offers the opportunity to bring more colleagues, alumni, and friends together.
Coming alone? Don't worry, you'll be in good company and have a great time ๐:
Tables will be prepared by German federal states, so we kindly ask you to pick one of the 16 states you would like to be seated at.
Or you can make a group table reservations for Alumni & Societies (for at least 5 persons).
The round tables seat 10 people each, making it the perfect place to socialize by alumni association or society~

For the 2025 General Meeting and ADeKo New Year's Night celebration,
we have prepared a package for about KRW 150,000 per person, including dinner, wine, and small presents.
*If you are only able to attend the General Meeting, please contact us via mail: info@adeko.or.kr.
Participation fee refund: 100% refund available until Friday, February 7, 2025
Refunds are not possible after Saturday, February 8, 2025 due to event preparation and meal confirmation.
Refund requests should be submitted via email to the ADeKo office. Please note that refunds are not available after the deadline, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
