The Goethe-Institut Korea is hiring a Cultural Programs Staff Member (m/f/d) starting May 1, 2025 (or later).

🗓️ Full-time position (40 hrs/week)
📌 1-year contract, renewable
📍 Work location: Seoul

Main responsibilities:  

– Conceptualizing & organizing cultural programs  

– Collaborating with Korean and German partners  

– Artist management, public relations & budgeting

Requirements:  

– Strong knowledge of Korean culture scene  

– Fluency in Korean & English, very good knowledge of German preferred  

– Intercultural competence, creativity and high work resilience
