Jeonbuk Foreign Language High School is looking to hire a native German-speaking teacher as follows: 

• Recruitment Position: German language instructor (1 position)

• Eligibility Requirements (Both conditions must be met):

  • a. Must be a foreign national whose native language is German.

  • b. Must hold at least a bachelor's degree from their home country.

• Employment Period: 1 year

• Selection Process:

  • a. 1st Round: May 7, 2025 (Wed) ~ May 9, 2025 (Fri) - Document Review

  • b. 2nd Round: May 14, 2025 (Wed) (Time will be notified individually) - Teaching demonstration and interview (Only for those who pass the 1st round)

  • c. Final Announcement of Successful Candidate: May 21, 2025 (Wed) at 10:00 (Individual notification)

    2. Criminal Record Check (National level or higher, apostille or consular confirmation by a Korean embassy, issued within 6 months from the application date)

    3. Copy of degree certificate or original enrollment certificate (apostille or consular confirmation by a Korean embassy)

    4. Sealed transcript of all school years

    5. Two letters of recommendation

    6. Copy of teaching and other certificates, and proof of work experience (if applicable)

• Working Conditions:

  • a. Salary: Minimum of 2.2 million KRW per month, adjusted based on qualifications and experience (Housing support provided separately)

  • b. Working Hours: 8 hours per day (08:30 ~ 16:30)

    • Note: Working hours may be adjusted based on school circumstances, and overtime or special duties may be required.
