MCM Wearable Casa Exhibition
We are excited to announce an upcoming exhibition at MCM HAUS!
The global luxury fashion house MCM is partnering with the renowned design studio Atelier Biagetti to present the ‘MCM Wearable Casa’ collection, starting from September 3rd at MCM HAUS in Cheongdam-dong.
The ‘MCM Wearable Casa Collection’ was first showcased at the world’s largest design fair, Salone del Mobile, in Milan this past April. It received notable acclaim, being selected as one of the Top 10 technology-themed projects at Milan Design Week, where it impressed around 22,000 visitors.
Inspired by the Bauhaus movement, this collection features seven distinct products, each with its own unique meaning and design. Throughout the exhibition period, MCM HAUS will transform into a futuristic, boundless space symbolizing the concept of ‘the universe.’
Atelier Biagetti’s design studio has elevated the theme of ‘Wearable Casa,’ or ‘a house you can wear,’ to new heights. This concept reinterprets the notion of home, reflecting the essence of travel by incorporating elements of a home into the lifestyle of digital nomads. Simultaneously, MCM’s philosophy is embodied in this exhibition, encouraging everyone to break free from conventional norms and make the world their own.
