The Korean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KGCCI) is continuing its Joint CSR Initiative “Guide Walkers,” first launched in 2023 to commemorate the 140th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and Germany. The initiative promotes inclusion, empathy, and support for the visually impaired community.
Now in its fourth year, the program will once again take place in cooperation with the 12th Harmony Marathon with the Visually Impaired. This year’s event is proudly supported by the global sports brand DESCENTE Korea as the official sponsor. In addition, the AI-powered photo search service OURSYMBOL will be introduced to provide participants with a more engaging and memorable experience.
Colleagues, friends, and families from KGCCI member companies and partner organizations are warmly invited to join as Guide Walkers, walking side by side with visually impaired participants.
All registered participants will receive an official sports T-shirt sponsored by DESCENTE Korea, and are invited to enjoy a light lunch and networking time at the KGCCI booth after the walk.
